European orders:
casa nata offers free return shipping and will accept returns within 14 days of the receipt of your order.
Please inform us of your intention to return by sending an email to contact@casa-nata.com. We will send you an RA# (return authorization number) and a prepaid return shipping label. All returned orders must include a copy of your invoice with the RA# noted on it.
The item should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all casa nata and designer garment tags still attached. It must include all original packing material, such as dust bag, customer card, and original box. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels, may not be accepted and may be send back tot he custormer. Your order will need to arrive to us within 14 days from the date you received it.
Orders outside of Europe:
All orders are final, as we are unable to accept returns at this time.
